KPMG in Kazakhstan and Central Asia continues its Business Breakfasts for the local business community on important current business trends.
The first Business Breakfast in 2018 was held on 7 February at KPMG in Almaty for heads of planning and tariff management units. The Breakfast was hosted by KPMG Speakers Timur Akhmetov, Management Consulting Associate Director, and Senior Consultant Valeriy Popov, who spoke about the application of cost allocation and calculation tools in companies with activity-based management. They discussed recent trends in this area, implementation issues, frequent errors and their prevention, and steps to introduce activity-based costing in companies.
