On May 15 The Ritz-Carlton, Almaty opens a new season of Terrace 77 by Veuve Clicquot, one of the greenest terraces in the southern capital.
For the opening of the season, chef Esat Akyildiz has updated the menu. In addition to bestsellers from previous years, such as “Fine de Claire” oysters, feta cheese salad and chicken panini, guests will be offered octopus salad, mung bean and chia seed salad and assorted mezze with pita bread. The specials’ menu has been expanded to include baked sea bass fillet with tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and herbs; locally-reared T-Bone steak; and a Mediterranean summer tart. As traditional, guests can enjoy refreshing cocktails based on garden herbs, carefully grown on the terrace.

The terrace offers happy hours every day from 17:00 till 21:00 – proposing guests special prices on beer, wine, classic cocktails and Veuve Clicquot champagne (0,75L). Also on offer, guests can enjoy a succulent burger or panini and two drinks at an attractive price and indulge in the taste of shisha, to fully relax after a long working day.
