Trade and Customs Working Group

The Nur-Sultan Trade and Customs Working Group was formed in order to better engage AmCham members in Nur-Sultan, and to develop proposals for legislative reform for the Government of Kazakhstan. Given the current Government initiative to unify the Tax and Customs Codes, the Group will aim to inform and impact on this process.

The Nur-Sultan Working Group will collaborate with the Almaty, Atyrau, and Aktau Trade and Customs Working Groups on overlapping issues, notably the impact of the Customs Union on customs and trade operations and local content regulation.
