Human Resources Working Group

The mission of the Almaty Human Resources Working Group is to encourage the development of Labor and Human Resources best practices for companies in Kazakhstan, an area still undergoing professional development. The Group brings together Human Resource functions of all AmCham members and industries, and helps to better understand a wide range of HR specialties including training and development, recruitment, compensation and benefits, HR information systems, and international mobility (including work permits/visas), labor code compliance, workforce planning, HR administration and professional development.

The Group features prominent speakers from a wide range of industries. Special guest speakers including CEOs deliver presentations on the corporate culture in their companies. The Group serves as a platform for exchanging best practices and opinions between WG Members.
