The Astana Human Resources Working Group meets to share and discuss best HR practices, as well as to improve skills and keep members updated on the latest information related to labor practice. The Group’s main objectives also include raising professional standards within the HR community and promotion of active HR management. AmCham encourages development of closer ties of cooperation between corporate HR experts and their counterparts in the Government of Kazakhstan.
