Cécile Rauline

Cécile Rauline is currently Managing Director of ExxonMobil Kazakhstan Inc. in charge of ExxonMobil interests in Kazakhstan, including Tengiz, Kashagan and the CPC pipeline. She’s been in this role since June 2023, after 6 months as Commercial Director.

Cécile began her career with ExxonMobil’s French affiliate in 2002 after Political Science and Business degrees. Since that time, she has held logistics, trading and business development roles with managerial roles in Europe, USA, Vietnam and Chad.

Since 2025, Cécile has served as the foreign co-chair of the Energy Working Group under the Foreign Investors’ Council. She was honored with AmCham’s Women Leadership Award for her outstanding efforts in advancing women’s leadership and championing STEM initiatives for girls.

Cécile aims to contribute to AmCham’s continued success by leveraging knowledge and expertise gained through her current responsibilities and prior international assignments to provide insights, best practices, and innovative approaches. She actively supports AmCham’s energy and broader advocacy agenda by fostering collaboration, building bridges with other associations and advocacy groups, and facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogue. Her contribution includes providing policy analysis, co-developing position papers, and promoting joint initiatives that strengthen and amplify AmCham’s voice on key issues.
