Adilet Nazarbayev

Adilet Nazarbayev is the CIS Cluster Lead at Johnson & Johnson and Head of Johnson & Johnson Kazakhstan LLP. He joined Janssen, the pharmaceutical division of Johnson & Johnson, in 2005, beginning his career with the company as a sales representative. Over the years, he progressed through several leadership roles across sales and market access, gaining extensive experience in commercial strategy and healthcare management.

In 2014, Adilet was appointed Head of Janssen Kazakhstan. In 2019, he took on the role of Head of Business Development for CIS and Ukraine, where he was responsible for the company’s strategic development across the region. In January 2021, he became Janssen CIS Country Director, and since the beginning of 2024 he has led the independent local legal entity Johnson & Johnson Kazakhstan LLP.

In 2019, he received the “Excellence in Healthcare” (“Денсаулық сақтау ісінің үздігі”) commendation from the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan in recognition of his contribution to public health and his active role in improving the country’s healthcare system.
