Aidyn Abjanbekov

Aidyn Abjanbekov is the General Director of Ericsson in Central Asia, Mongolia, and Azerbaijan. He is a telecommunications executive with more than 15 years of experience across multiple segments of the telecom value chain, including mobile operators, management consulting, and equipment vendors.

His professional background combines strategic and operational leadership, with expertise in general management, corporate and business strategy, organizational design, and execution. He has extensive experience in mobile broadband, IoT, and the development of 3G, LTE, and 5G strategies, as well as in CAPEX optimization and improving operational efficiency through cost-cutting and restructuring initiatives.

Aidyn also brings strong experience in optimizing telecom operators’ distribution and retail networks, leading diverse teams, and delivering complex business transformation priorities in dynamic market environments.
