Aigerim Sultan

Aigerim Sultan has been serving as Managing Director of DataArt Kazakhstan since 2025, leading the company’s operations and strategic development in the country. Aigerim has more than 10 years of experience in technology, people leadership, and business operations, with a strong track record of building and scaling high-performing teams within international organizations.

Aigerim has been with DataArt Kazakhstan since the earliest days of its launch in 2021, playing a key role in establishing and growing the local presence from the ground up. Throughout her career at DataArt, she has held senior leadership positions with increasing scope of responsibility, contributing to the formation of the local delivery model, talent strategy, and organizational culture. She has extensive experience in organizational scaling, workforce development, employer branding, and people-centric transformation, while ensuring alignment between local operations and global business objectives.

In her current role, Aigerim is responsible for defining and executing the country strategy, driving sustainable growth, strengthening DataArt’s market position in Kazakhstan, and fostering a strong engineering and leadership culture. Her responsibilities include operational governance, risk and compliance oversight, stakeholder management, and protecting and enhancing DataArt’s reputation in the region.

Aigerim actively collaborates with clients, academic institutions, and industry partners to support the development of the local IT ecosystem. She leads strategic partnerships with universities, promotes technology education initiatives, and supports programs aimed at developing the next generation of IT professionals in Kazakhstan.
