Oleg Abdurashitov

Oleg Abdurashitov, a Co-Founder and Chief Policy Advisor at Outpost Eurasia, is a technology policy and public affairs specialist with nearly two decades of international experience across EMEA and Asia-Pacific. He began his career as a country technology practice lead at a leading communications firm before joining a major global cybersecurity company, where he led regional and later global public affairs function. Oleg also contributes to research and policy discussions on technology, AI, and cybersecurity with leading international think tanks, including UNIDIR (Switzerland), NTU RSIS (Singapore), IDSA (India), and ITSS Verona (Italy). A former member of the INTERPOL Global Cybercrime Experts Group, he has participated in several high-profile international cybercrime investigations.

Oleg holds an MA in International Affairs from King’s College London (UK) and is a Certified Information Privacy Professional – Europe (CIPP/E).
