Siddique Khan
Siddique Khan is renowned in the global transportation and logistics industry with more than three decades of experience. He is the Chief Executive Officer of Globalink Logistics Ltd, Chairman of the Advisory Board at KLN Logistics Eurasia Ltd, and a Member of the Executive Committee of the Management Board of KLN, a Hong Kong–listed logistics company with operations in over 60 countries.
Khan began his career in 1990 and founded Globalink Logistics in 1994 to revive the Silk Road transport corridors linking China, Central Asia, and Europe. Under his leadership, Globalink expanded to 36 locations in 22 countries, becoming a recognized market leader in the Middle East, Europe, and Eurasia. In 2017, he spearheaded a joint venture and subsequent merger with KLN, today one of the world’s leading logistics companies employing more than 25,000 people worldwide.
His previous leadership roles include Independent Director on the Board of KTZ Express, a subsidiary of Kazakhstan’s national railways (2012–2014), Chairman of the Young Presidents’ Organization, Kazakhstan Chapter (2013–2015), and Member of the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan’s Expert Council on Competitiveness (2018–2019). From 2018 to 2022, he also served as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Cyprus in Kazakhstan.
Khan has received international recognition, including the “Entrepreneur of the Year” award from the American Chamber of Commerce and Ernst & Young, the “Altyn Sapa” Award of Excellence from the President of Kazakhstan, and a Medal of Honor from Kazakhstan Railways (KTZ). He is a Postgraduate in Global Business from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and holds multiple certifications in shipping, transportation, and logistics.
