AmCham Kazakhstan Elects New President and Secretary

The American Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan’s board of directors has unanimously elected Saule Zhakayeva as its president and Dylan Morgan as its secretary.
Saule replaces Kenneth Mack, who recently moved to New Mexico to become an assistant district attorney, and Dylan replaces Saule, who had been secretary.
Saule has served as Chairperson of Citibank Kazakhstan since 2021. She has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, occupying managing positions at Citi Kazakhstan for 24 years.
Dylan is vice president of the Chevron International Petroleum Company and brings a diverse background leadership roles in the United States, United Kingdom, Indonesia, Australia and Kazakhstan.
Together with fellow directors Bela Ferenczi, vice president, Paul Cohn, treasurer, Adilet Nazarbayev, Andrew Glass, Dana Inkarbekova and Dmitry Kozenkov, they will ensure AmCham remains the voice of investors in Kazakhstan.
