Members highlighted persistent uncertainty around the composite services process, inconsistent application of reference-country pricing, technical failures during portal submissions, structural barriers to medical device registration, and cases where price changes were introduced without prior notification.

Overall, the discussion underscored the importance of clearer guidance, transparency, and predictable regulatory processes.
