BCC Invest acted as a financial advisor to the new program of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), aimed at supporting the development of small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), “KASE SME Qadam Bonds”.
The program was launched in January 2026. The goal of this initiative is to help SMEs operating in the real sector of the economy attract financing on the securities market by issuing bonds under simplified conditions – in a shorter time frame and at lower costs.
The first issuer under this program was Rokos Logistics, a company specializing in freight transportation. On February 3, 2026, the company’s bonds were included in the official list of KASE in the amount of 800 million tenge with a maturity of three years.
Companies participating in the program have the opportunity to raise unsecured funds on the stock market with optimized costs and simplified exit procedures. The bonds are placed on the KASE platform under preferential terms, which enhances the investment attractiveness and transparency of SMEs and develops the corporate borrowing market.
