HR Committee Working Group Discusses Practical Challenges with Enbek.kz Requirements

AmCham Kazakhstan held an HR Committee working group meeting focused on vacancy publication requirements on Enbek.kz and the practical challenges companies are facing in implementation.

The discussion brought together HR representatives from member companies across industries to exchange experiences and identify key areas requiring clarification from the authorities. Topics raised included vacancy publication timelines, candidate response obligations, work permit alignment, internship positions, global vacancies, salary disclosure requirements, and technical issues with the platform.

Participants agreed that many concerns relate not to the existence of Enbek.kz itself, but to the lack of clear guidance, practical implementation procedures, and platform functionality.

As a next step, AmCham will collect consolidated member questions and prepare a formal request to seek government engagement.
