AmCham Presented the HUMANRISE Award for Best HR Project in the Wellbeing Category

AmCham Kazakhstan was proud to serve as an official information partner of the HUMANRISE Awards — a regional, independent award recognizing excellence in human resources management and employer branding across Central Asia and the Caucasus.

The award ceremony and case conference took place on June 4, 2026, at Rixos Almaty, bringing together HR leaders, business executives, and companies shaping the future of corporate culture and people management. The program featured 25+ company cases across 5 thematic nominations and 2 individual nominations (HR Leader and HR Influencer of the Year), presentations by HR leaders and an expert jury, a panel discussion with CEOs and HRDs, and professional networking.

As the official information partner, AmCham was invited to take part in the award ceremony itself. Jeff Erlich, Executive Director of AmCham Kazakhstan, was honored to present the award on stage in the Wellbeing nomination. First place went to Adidas Kazakhstan, recognized for their outstanding initiatives in building a healthy, active, and supportive work environment for employees. In his remarks, Jeff highlighted the importance of corporate wellbeing programs and companies’ commitment to the health and engagement of their people.
