Madina Anayatova

Madina Anayatova is Director of People & Culture at Philip Morris International, where she leads initiatives focused on organizational culture, talent development, inclusion, and employee experience.

She has extensive experience in human resources and strategic business partnership, with a particular focus on inclusive leadership and gender equality. Madina has contributed to initiatives promoting equal pay, mentoring, flexible work, and greater representation of women in leadership and traditionally male-dominated roles.

Madina holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the Moscow International Higher Business School MIRBIS.
