Ainura Mussabekova

Ainura Mussabekova is Public and Government Affairs Manager at ExxonMobil Kazakhstan. She leads the company’s engagement with government stakeholders, industry associations, business partners, and the diplomatic community.

Ainura has more than 18 years of experience in the energy sector, with expertise in government relations, public policy advocacy, stakeholder engagement, and political and economic analysis. Throughout her career at ExxonMobil, she has supported industry advocacy initiatives and advised business teams on regulatory, economic, and policy developments in Kazakhstan and the Caspian region.

Ainura holds a Master of Public Administration from Nazarbayev University’s Graduate School of Public Policy and a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the Kazakh Ablai Khan University of International Relations and World Languages.
