Zhanar Koshpanova

With over 18 years at Chevron, Zhanar has built deep expertise in social investment, community engagement, and stakeholder relations. She has led impactful initiatives such as the Atyrau Youth Development Initiative, health initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, and STEAM education efforts. Her work also includes programs that support vulnerable groups, improve access to healthcare, promote educational equity, and Chevron’s volunteer activities across Kazakhstan.
Prior to joining Chevron, Zhanar worked as an Interpreter/Translator at PFD International LLC in Tengiz and taught English at East-Kazakhstan University.

She was awarded the KazEnergy Association Medal in recognition of her contributions to the development of Kazakhstan’s oil and gas industry.
