HR Committee: New Chair & Next Meeting

Tatyana Skachko, CEO of Smart Solutions in Central Asia and the Caucasus, has been appointed Chair of the AmCham Kazakhstan HR Committee.

Tatyana brings more than 16 years of experience in human resources, business process outsourcing, and international business development. She has played a key role in building and expanding Smart Solutions across the region. In Kazakhstan, the company grew its team tenfold and expanded its operations into Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, and the Caucasus. Her work focuses on human capital development, corporate culture, HR transformation, and building high-performing teams, as well as strengthening dialogue between business, the professional community, and government.

We look forward to working with Tatyana as the Committee sets its priorities for the coming year.
