AmCham Trade, Transport and Logistics Committee Reviews Key Industry Challenges

On September 10, AmCham Kazakhstan’s 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲, 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗲 brought together representatives from across the business community for its quarterly meeting in Astana and online.

The discussion focused on the practical challenges companies are facing in moving people and goods across Kazakhstan and along regional trade routes.

Members shared experiences and identified several areas where coordinated industry engagement could help improve the business environment:

A key focus of the Committee’s work will be to establish working groups around these priorities, develop evidence-based recommendations, and engage with relevant government stakeholders.
