AmCham Hosts Eurasia Arbitration Week Sundowner

As part of 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗮 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 2026, AmCham Kazakhstan hosted a special Sundowner, bringing together AmCham members and Eurasia Arbitration Week speakers for an evening of networking and discussion.

The event welcomed arbitration practitioners, in-house counsel, policymakers, and business leaders from across the region, providing an informal setting to exchange perspectives on dispute resolution, investment protection, and the evolving legal landscape in Eurasia.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of two new publications: 𝘈𝘋𝘙 𝘏𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘣𝘰𝘰𝘬 by Zmarak Khan, Deputy Chief Counsel at the Commercial Law Development Program, and 𝘐𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘐𝘯𝘷𝘦𝘴𝘵𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘓𝘢𝘸 by Dr. Ilia V. Rachkov, Partner at Nektorov, Saveliev & Partners and member of the IAC Panel of Arbitrators and Mediators.
