AmCham Kazakhstan and IMBC Sign Memorandum of Understanding

AmCham Kazakhstan and the 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗳 𝗢𝗶𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗚𝗮𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 (𝗜𝗠𝗕𝗖) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding in Astana to strengthen cooperation on localization of international OEM manufacturers and increasing 𝗜𝗻-𝗖𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁𝗿𝘆 𝗩𝗮𝗹𝘂𝗲 (𝗜𝗖𝗩) in Kazakhstan’s oil and gas machine-building sector.

Under the agreement, the parties will work together to support the development of local production capabilities, facilitate knowledge and experience exchange, and maintain dialogue with the business community on localization opportunities.

The partnership reflects a shared commitment to supporting technology transfer, industrial development, and stronger cooperation between international companies and Kazakhstan’s manufacturing sector.
