AmCham Member Eurasia Group Kazakhstan Recognized at HUMANRISE Awards 2026

Congratulations to our member, Eurasia Group Kazakhstan, on being recognized at the HUMANRISE Awards 2026, a leading regional award celebrating excellence in human resources management and employer branding across Central Asia and the Caucasus.

Eurasia Group was recognized for its innovative Digital Agroleaders initiative, a student development platform designed to attract and prepare the next generation of professionals for the agricultural sector. Building on a student competition first launched in 2010, the company transformed the program into a modern educational ecosystem that combines digital learning, practical business challenges, mentorship, and career opportunities for students pursuing agricultural, engineering, and IT specialties.

The results have been impressive. In 2026, the program engaged more than 2,500 participants across Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan, more than doubling participation from the previous year. Through master classes, competitions, internships, and international study opportunities, Digital Agroleaders helps bridge the gap between education and industry while strengthening the talent pipeline for one of Kazakhstan’s key economic sectors.

We applaud Eurasia Group’s commitment to workforce development, innovation, and education. Initiatives such as Digital Agroleaders show how the private sector can help develop future talent, support regional communities, and strengthen the long-term competitiveness of Kazakhstan’s economy.
