Join as a Mentee: Girls for Girls Kazakhstan and AmCham Women’s Network Mentorship Program

Following the launch event, The American Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan, in partnership with Girls for Girls Kazakhstan, invite future leaders to join the first mentorship cohort under the AmCham Women’s Network. Learn more about the initiative and apply before May 28.

You have the ambition. You have the ideas. You have the voice.

But ambition alone is not a strategy. Navigating leadership, asking for the revenue-generating role, influencing decisions, positioning yourself for growth, requires guidance, structure, and access.

Right now, there is a 54 million mentorship gap. Only 24% of women leaders have had a formal mentor. The result is not a lack of talent – but a lack of access.

Girls 4 Girls Kazakhstan is designed to close that gap.

We combine mentorship, practical skill-building, and a global network to support women stepping into leadership.

What the program includes:

  • Program start: June 27
  • 6 structured G4G modules (delivered bi-weekly, Saturdays, 3 hours each)
  • Mentorship alongside the curriculum (1:1 or small group format)
  • A global community spanning 40+ countries

Mentee requirements:

  • Commitment to attend all 6 modules
  • Ability to dedicate time consistently over the program duration
  • Clear personal or professional goal for what you want to achieve through the program
  • Readiness to actively engage, reflect, and apply what you learn

What you gain:

  • Direct access to experienced mentors
  • Practical frameworks for leadership, communication, and decision-making
  • A network that expands your opportunities beyond your immediate environment

You do not need to have everything figured out. But you do need clarity on why you are here – and the discipline to follow through.

If you are ready to invest in your growth, apply to join the program.

“She can’t be what she can’t see.” This is your opportunity to see—and become—what is possible.

P.S. The G4G program is free of charge. However, participation is competitive, and we select candidates through a rigorous application process to ensure a highly committed cohort.
