Tatyana Skachko
Tatyana Skachko is the CEO of Smart Solutions in Central Asia and the Caucasus and Chair of the HR Committee of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kazakhstan (AmCham Kazakhstan).
Tatyana has more than 16 years of experience in human resources, business process outsourcing, and international business development. She was instrumental in founding and building Smart Solutions from the ground up in Ukraine, taking the company from its first clients to a leading position in the HR services market.
In Central Asia, Tatyana repeated this journey. Smart Solutions’ business in Kazakhstan was built virtually from scratch: the team grew tenfold, while the company expanded into Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Kyrgyzstan, and the Caucasus. Today, she leads the company’s regional strategy, launches new service lines, and develops integrated solutions for international and local businesses — from recruitment, outstaffing, and mass frontline workforce solutions to financial process outsourcing and other key business functions. This broad portfolio allows Smart Solutions to address virtually any client’s need, from a single task to the outsourcing of an entire functional area.
Tatyana is a regular speaker at business and professional events and creates her own platforms for industry dialogue and knowledge-sharing. HUMANRISE, the first industry award of its kind, and Smart Club, a community of industry leaders, have become major regional hubs for professional expertise.
She shares practical expertise in management, corporate culture, HR transformation, and building high-performing teams. Her work focuses on human capital development, modern practices and technologies, and stronger dialogue between business, the professional community, and government.
