Dylan Morgan Elected Vice President of AmCham Kazakhstan

Dylan Morgan has been elected Vice President of AmCham Kazakhstan by the Board of Directors. Dylan joined the AmCham Board in 2025 and brings the perspective of one of the largest investors in Kazakhstan’s economy through his role at Chevron. His election as Vice President in 2026 reflects the Board’s confidence in his leadership and contribution to AmCham’s work.

As Vice President – Chevron International Petroleum Company, Dylan oversees the company’s key interests in Tengizchevroil, Karachaganak Petroleum Operating B.V., Caspian Pipeline Consortium and Atyrau Polyethylene Pipe Plant. With over two decades of experience at Chevron, he has held senior roles across the United States, Europe, Asia, and Australia, including leadership positions in exploration and production, asset management, and strategic growth initiatives.
