Ajay Sohoni is appointed Vice President of Coca-Cola Eurasia and Middle East Operating Unit, Head of franchise operations in the Central Asia and Caucasus region.

For the past two and a half years, Ajay has served as Chief of Staff to Chief Operating Officer of The Coca-Cola Company, helping lead the company’s transformation agenda and managing performance across all nine Operating Units and the company’s top 40 international markets.

Prior to that, Ajay was VP of Strategy for the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit at Coca-Cola, where he led strategic planning, growth and digital transformation, and other strategic initiatives across multiple markets.

Before joining The Coca-Cola Company, Ajay held multiple leadership roles at Lazada – Alibaba Group. He began his career at McKinsey & Company, spending over eight years advising FMCG and consumer goods clients globally on revenue growth, marketing, route-to-market, and operations, working across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.

Ajay has lived and worked in Germany, the Netherlands, Singapore, and the US. He is moving to Almaty from Atlanta, Georgia, with his family.
