KP Disputes publishes Kazakhstan’s first interactive tax disputes guide

Law firm KP Disputes has launched “Tax Disputes: A Judicial Practice Guide. Part 1. Effective Application of the Administrative Procedural Code” — Kazakhstan’s first legal handbook integrating judicial practice with digital learning tools.

Through QR links, readers gain access to a continuously updated database of over 330 court decisions, procedural templates, official clarifications, and educational video content produced by the firm’s lawyers.

According to the authors, the guide’s purpose is to enhance professional tax litigation practice and make procedural law more accessible for lawyers and consultants. The project marks the beginning of a broader series dedicated to topics such as transfer pricing, international taxation, and intra-group transactions.
