AmCham Kazakhstan CSR Network Cleanup in Alma-Arasan

On September 26, AmCham Kazakhstan’s CSR Network brought together around 60 employees of member companies and their families for a community clean-up in Alma-Arasan.

Together with eco-activist 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐮𝐫 𝐊𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐨𝐯 and the TazaMen volunteer community, participants spent the morning collecting litter and helping keep one of Almaty’s natural areas clean. It was great to see members, colleagues, and families come together for a hands-on community initiative.

A special thank you to Chevron for providing cleaning supplies, Coca-Cola CCI for drinks, and Americana Restaurants for KFC meal boxes for the clean-up participants.

Representatives and volunteers from the following organizations participated in the event:
Americana Restaurants, Bulat Utemuratov Foundation, Chevron, Eurasia Foundation of Central Asia, EMG KZ, Inditex, J.P. Morgan, “𝐌𝐈𝐓 𝐀𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐧𝐢 𝐊𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧” 𝐏𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐅𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, Mondelēz International, U.S. Commercial Service 𝐊𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐤𝐡𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧
